This Securit louvre vent is a white plastic ventilation cover designed to fit a single brick course opening (9 x 3 inch) in a wall, door or duct. Like all louvre vents, it uses a series of angled slats, set between 30 and 45 degrees, that let air pass freely through the opening in both directions while shedding wind driven rain and stopping larger debris from getting in. It is a straightforward way to add background ventilation to a room, void or appliance space without letting the weather in.
