This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Brit Essential Ltd, trading as "Essentials Fix", via our website www.essentialsfix.co.uk. Please read this policy alongside our Terms of Service, which can be found at:

What Are the Delivery Charges for Orders?

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days before dispatch. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

For Mainland UK, orders are delivered via EVRI or Royal Mail with a 48-hour delivery service, charged as follows:

0–10kg: £3.99
10.01–20kg: £7.48
20.01–30kg: £10.97
30.01–40kg: £14.46
40.01–50kg: £17.95

For the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and other out-of-area postcodes, delivery pricing starts at £6.99 per 10kg, with additional weight charged incrementally for heavier parcels.

For Large Parcels we have currently PickUp Option available at checkout.

All above payments are excluding VAT and we may also charge volumetric weight.

Which Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

Mainland UK orders arrive within 48 hours of dispatch. Orders to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and other out-of-area postcodes take 3–5 working days. We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We are aiming to dispatch orders within 48-72 hours during business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers returning a non-faulty item because they have changed their mind are responsible for the return postage costs. If we provide a prepaid return label or arrange collection, the cost may be deducted from the refund. This does not apply to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.
