This JCB GU10 LED bulb is a 5W spotlight bulb, rated as a 50W halogen replacement, giving out 370 lumens of crisp daylight 6500K light. It uses the same twist-and-lock GU10 base as the halogen bulb it replaces, so it fits straight into your existing GU10 downlights with no rewiring.

How to fit it
- Turn off the power to the fitting at the switch or consumer unit before changing any bulb
- If replacing an old bulb, let it cool fully before touching it
- Twist the old GU10 bulb anti-clockwise a quarter turn and pull it out of the fitting
- Push the new JCB GU10 bulb into the fitting and twist it clockwise a quarter turn until it locks in place
- Restore power and test the light. No transformer or driver is needed — GU10 bulbs, LED or halogen, run directly on mains voltage

Is this bulb dimmable?
No. This is a non-dimmable bulb, so it should only be used with standard on/off switches.
Is 6500K a warm or cool light?
6500K is a daylight white, one of the coolest, bluest-looking colour temperatures used in home lighting — noticeably brighter and crisper-looking than a 3000K warm white bulb such as JCB's 5W 345lm version.
Can this bulb be used outside or in a bathroom?
That depends on the IP rating of the light fitting it's going into, not the bulb itself. Only fit GU10 bulbs into fittings rated for outdoor or bathroom use in those locations.
