Disposable BBQ

A disposable bbq, or disposable barbecue if you prefer the full name, is the easiest way to grill without owning a barbecue at all. Lift the lid off, light it, and you're cooking in about fifteen minutes, then bin the whole thing when you're done. The trade off is heat control. There's no adjusting the flame on a disposable barbecue, so keep food in smaller, even pieces so it cooks through properly. Never put a disposable bbq straight on grass or a table. Raise it on bricks or a paving slab, since the base gets hot enough to scorch the ground or damage a surface. And don't rush the ending either. A disposable barbecue can stay hot for hours after the food's off it, so let it cool fully, or douse it with water, before it goes anywhere near a bin.
