Purdy Colossus Jumbo Mini Roller Sleeve - 4.5" x 0.5" / Pack 2

The Purdy Colossus Jumbo Mini range brings the same high capacity, low drip fabric used in the full size Colossus sleeves to a smaller mini roller format. It is designed for use with Purdy Jumbo Mini roller frames rather than the P-X system used by the 9 inch Colossus sleeves.

This pack contains two 4.5 inch sleeves with a 0.5 inch nap, the smallest and most manoeuvrable size in the range. It is ideal for doors, door frames, skirting boards, cupboards and other tight areas where a full size roller will not reach, and works well alongside a 9 inch Colossus roller for finishing off the edges and corners of a larger job.

Sub-Range: Jumbo Mini vs P-X

Where the P-X sleeves use a wide 1.75 inch core built for large scale wall and ceiling work, the Jumbo Mini range is built for smaller roller frames and detail work. You still get Colossus level paint capacity and the same 100% woven polyamide fabric, just in a compact size suited to trim, doors and confined spaces.

How to Use

• Fit the sleeve onto a Purdy Jumbo Mini roller frame.
• Rinse the sleeve under water before first use to remove any loose fibres.
• Load evenly in a small paint tray or scuttle and remove excess paint before applying.
• Use short, even strokes on doors, frames, skirting and other narrow surfaces, blending into any adjoining areas rolled with a larger sleeve.
• Clean with water for latex paint or the appropriate solvent for oil based paint, then leave to dry fully before storing.
