Simply place your favourite smoker chips inside – the lid prevents the wood from burning and automatically disperses the smoke.
You can add juices, water or marinades to the smoker chips as desired, which will add additional refinement to the result.
The cast-iron stores the heat perfectly while also withstanding hot temperatures on the grill
